Electrocardiography:

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
Walk-ins available.

A non-invasive diagnostic test of the electrical activity of the heart. Our staff is available to perform EKGs to patients during non-office hours.

Echocardiography: 

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

A non-invasive diagnostic test of the function of the heart and its structure. Our licensed cardiac sonographer is available by appointment to perform the test.

  • Helps establish a specific diagnosis
  • Estimates the severity of various cardiac diseases

Cardiac Holter Monitoring: 

A constant reading of your heart rate and rhythm over a 24, 48, 72-hour or up to a 5-day period.

  • Can record heart rate and rhythm during chest pain or symptoms of an irregular heartbeat

Cardiac Event Monitoring:

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

All events are captured in real-time, constant 24-hour monitoring through CardioNet. The Cardiopulmonary Department is notified of any critical results 24/7 and the physician is immediately notified of patient's condition/events by AACH Cardiopulmonary Department 24/7. Our staff is available to apply monitor to patients during non-office hours.

  • Can record heart rate and rhythm during chest pain or symptoms of an irregular heartbeat 

Sleep Disorders Center: 

5 days a week, 8 p.m.-7 a.m.

Diagnoses sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, sleepwalking, insomnia and sleep apnea.

  • Updated, private rooms equipped with the most modern sleep-study technology
  • Designed with patient comfort in mind
  • Features many hotel-like amenities
  • Tests can be done within 10 days of a physician's order and day studies are also available

Stress Testing:

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-noon

Examines the function of the heart under physical exertion.

  • Measures the heart's tolerance for exercise
  • Detects various forms of heart disease
