Leaders in Pain Management

Relief and pain management in Alliance.

When patients visit the Aultman Alliance Community Hospital - Center for Pain Management, they need to identify and explain their pain to get accurate treatment. It is important to detail where the pain is, what it feels like, how often it hurts, what makes it go away or what makes it worse. The staff will also need to know what medication or treatments have been tried in the past and if they were successful. Once staff members have an understanding of the situation they can provide treatment such as:

  • Medication
  • Psychological counseling
  • Interventional therapy – epidurals and spinal cord stimulators
  • Physical therapy
