MEDS Clinic works with health care providers to better serve your needs.

It can be overwhelming when receiving a new diagnosis of a medical condition, and difficult to know where to turn. That's where MEDS Clinic comes in. The clinic was started in 2010 to help patients better manage their "blood thinner" warfarin. Since that time, the MEDS Clinic has conducted more than 50,000 anticoagulation visits. In 2015, the clinic expanded its services to help patients with diabetes manage their condition. This expansion allowed us to join forces with a more diverse group of outstanding health care providers to better serve our patients' needs. For more information about the AACH MEDS Clinic, please call 330-596-7970.
