Insurance and Billing

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the Patient Financial Services departments are temporarily closed to the public. This includes the cashier’s window as well as the Financial Counselors and HCAP office. If you have billing questions or need to make a payment, please call 330-596-7110. Payments can be made via phone, mail or website. If you need financial assistance or would like to apply for HCAP, please call 330-596-7584.

Arrangements for the payment of your hospital bill are made at the time of admission. Many insurances are covered, but you should make sure your provider is accepted.

Most insurance plans cover a portion of your hospital bill, but you will be billed for charges not covered by insurance. Patients will be asked to present their insurance identification cards at the time of admission. 

Effective Jan. 1, 2021, the entities of Aultman Alliance Community Hospital and Alliance Community Medical Foundation will no longer be in-network for CareSource Ohio Marketplace Plans.

In 2021 the following Marketplace plans will be accepted forms of reimbursement, Ambetter from Buckeye Health Plan and Aultcare Market Place.
